AyZar Construction is a division of AyZar Inc., the product of a life-long partnership between Medi Aynechi and Shirin Zarkesh, a husband and wife team, leveraging their complementary talent, education, expertise, and experience, to provide optimum commercial real estate construction and development products and services, specializing in general contracting, construction management, design-build and self-performing services.
Through collaboration and expertise, we have guided our clients through the construction process to turn their vision into reality. AyZar Construction targets to set itself by diligently reviewing construction plans and recommending cost saving alternatives, as well as effective and creative ways to enhance the end-product during implementation and in the field. Beginning in preconstruction, we take an integrated approach that supports the design phase allowing a seamless transition from the conceptual phase into construction. Regular site meetings with stakeholders and follow up reporting are key processes integrated into AyZar’s project management. Through its history, AyZar Construction’s proprietary processes has resulted in a wide range of construction solutions optimizing the value of owners’ assets.
